topic RADIUS authentication for wireless users in Wireless

trying to setup RADIUS authentication for wireless clients via 5508 Controller. I'm confident I have the 5508 setup properly, just concerned about the Micorsoft side. Can someone give me the quick and dirty version of what is required? I have my server setup for Radius authentication with the conditions I've set, but am having no luck.

Are all the steps outlined here necessary?

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6366/products_configuration_example09186a0080921f67.shtml

Thanks.

Brandon

Well almost all... however this is like the bust guide to make sure what you are not doing.

However why dont you try checking the failed attempts? Or maybe running debugs and see if you found anything interesting?

we did run debugs and are getting Authentication Errors sent from the Radius side. Also, this from the

Controller logs...

*Mar 31 18:58:44.661: %DOT1X-3-AAA_SEND_FAILURE: 1x_aaa.c:558 Unable to send AAA message for client xx:xx:xx:xx:43:9c
