Hello Community,
I'm facing issue with enable 802.11a/c on my AIR-AP1815T-E-K9 and Cisco 3504 WLC.

I have controller in Europe (is shared with public IP) in DC. In Serbia I have an access point - AIR-AP1815T-E-K9 connected directly to Internet (OEAP) and this AP doesn't broadcast 802.11a/c network.

I thought that there is a problem with Country because when I try change country I getting pop-up message with error: "Regulatory domain incompatible with the country".

In details AIR-AP1815T-E-K9 section on WLC I can see that Regulatory Domain for 802.11a/n/ac is not supported.

Could you please help me indicate a solution how to enable 802.11a/n/ac? In AP1815T-E-K9 datasheets is information that it supports 5Ghz.

WLC configured country codes: DE, FR, GB, IN, PL, RS, US
WLC Regulatory Domain:
- 802.11a/n/ac: (Indoor: -ABDEN, Outdoor: -ABDEN)
- 802.11b/g/n: (Indoor: -AE, Outdoor: -ABEN)

AP Regulatory Domains: 802.11bg:-A 802.11a:-B
AP choosen country: India -> not able to change for example on Germany or France

Please let me know if you need any additional informations/settings.

Thank you in advance.

Nope, disappears AP which has an India Redulatory Domain.

I have three AP connected to this WLC:
1st - RegDom -> Germany
2nd - RegDom -> Germany
3rd - AIR-AP1815T-E-K9 - RegDom -> India (but AP is physically in Serbia) ->

I'm not able to change regulatory domain on this last AP for example to Germany/Serbia from India.. Of course firstly I switching off both radios, then unchecking boxes with US and India and losting AP from list. Tried wait ~10 minutes to boot etc but without success.

Instresting that if I revert to US and India country on the WLC list AP is appear in ~30 seconds again.

My recommendation is to convert one of the APs to Mobility Express and then enable US. This will minimize the impact of conflicting Regulatory Domains.

1st remove AP from particular group & add mark as under default group. Once AP comes under default group then change country & test.
