creating two CAPWAP management interface for WLC based WAPS

hello,

At my job we are planning to add 130 WAPS over the existing/production 220 controller based WAPS because customer added people to the site. however I am running out of usable /24 management IP addresses. now my plan is to reserve another /24 subnet and use for the added WAPS. this is urgent requirement.

my question is

1.how this would affect client roaming from one AP to another AP contained on two different subnet ?

2. can anyone show me the steps on how to create secondary CAPWAP management interface on the controller and if there is special factor I should consider while creating it ?

or is there anyone in the community who experienced the same to share with me on the best helpful idea?

FYI: I have two wireless controller boxes on SSO redundancy mode. model 9800-wlc.
