Challenges with Cisco Mobility Express

Dear Community,

I have 5 Cisco Aironet 1832i installed with Cisco Mobility Express version 8.5.140.

I have managed to successfully create the wireless LAN controller and create a Wireless network.

However, I can be able to ping the external websites but I cannot browse any website using the WiFi I've setup.

I have also noticed that I when I click on add a WLAN on the controller, I am logged out.

Kindly assist on this.

I can assume two problems from what you described. The first one is DNS. If you can ping but can´t navigate, this sounds to me as a DNS problem.

About the logout problem, it seems to me as a bug.

I have been able to resolve the log out issue.

How would I resolve the DNS issue.
