Hello..

Anyone have this problem ? I have Cisco 1832i with bootloop problem after try to install ME

- Some suggestions hit ESC to stop autoboot when mentioned on console ; 1) If this is a ME client install same image version as the running on the ME-controller 2) Use copy[/verify source-url destination-url to add image verification check when loading ME-image on the AP.

- You could try factory default anyway ; see what happens next and or if the ap becomes 'usable' or 'configurable/accessible'

I already try reset by holding the mode button more than 20 seconds, looks like the same.. but I can still go to U-Boot mode, by pressing Esc key.

Per my buddy, Leo:), to get into u-boot, there should be a 3 second countdown timer to be able to break the b not and go into u-boot.

Scott is correct.
When consoled into the AP, there should be a 5-second countdown timer to break the boot process using the "ESC" key.

Download the image you need... don’t know if you want capwap or Mobility Express, but you can find both as long as you have a valid support to download the files:

Downloaded AIR-AP1850-K9-8-5-161-0.tar.
In u-boot loaded: tftpboot AIR-AP1850-K9-8-5-161-0.tar.
Unpacked part.bin and put in the root of the tftp server. Executed bootipq tftp.
It loaded but gave out a bunch of errors.

Make sure you check the hash after downloading. If that comes back fine, and the process didn’t work, could be an issue with your ap. You other have to open a TAC case and get an RMA.

As I understand it, you need to somehow write mtd partition in nand.

nand write.yaffs - addr off|partition size
write 'size' bytes starting at offset 'off' with yaffs format
from memory address 'addr', skipping bad blocks.
nand erase[.spread] [clean] off size - erase 'size' bytes from offset 'off'
With '.spread', erase enough for given file size, otherwise,
'size' includes skipped bad blocks.
nand erase.part [clean] partition - erase entire mtd partition' - This operation was performed.
nand erase.chip [clean] - erase entire chip'
nand bad - show bad blocks
nand dump[.oob] off - dump page
nand scrub [-y] off size | scrub.part partition | scrub.chip
really clean NAND erasing bad blocks (UNSAFE)
nand markbad off [...] - mark bad block(s) at offset (UNSAFE)
nand biterr off - make a bit error at offset (UNSAFE).

Is there a tool for how to do this?
