association issues with mac authentication & radius

I am working on using WPA2-SPK and mac authentication with a radius server. When I use the local database on the WLC, all works fine. When I am trying to use the radius server (ACS 4.1) I get the following in the WLC logs.

May 12 14:24:11.684 apf_80211.c:2552 APF-4-ASSOCREQ_PROC_FAILED: Failed to process an association request fromxx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx. WLAN:3, SSID:SLCSD. mobile in exclusion list or marked for deletion.

On the ACS box, I was also getting invalid password, however, I entered the mac address as a user and the mac address as a password with no type-o's and I did not cut & paste so as to produce "phantom" charecters.

Anyone else have this issue? Use WLC 4.2

Failed to process an association request from 00:13:ce:37:8b:ff.

WLAN:2, SSID:TMDInternal-WPA. Mobile excluded or marked for deletion.

ok, my issue appears to be one with ACS. I have an ACS 3.3 appliance and a 4.1 appliance. The 3.3 is working great with wpa-spk and mac filtering but the 4.1 is not. They are configured the same.

Take a look at CSCsh62641 and see if it applies to your situation.
