the AP is in ROMMON mode

either the AP is missing its image, or just needs to be booted

If the image is still on it you can boot it via this command:

ap:boot flash:/<image name>

if you dont know the image name you can try:

ap: flash_init

ap: dir flash:

then use the boot command.

if the image is missing you need to TFTP one to the AP, you can either set all the details into ROMMON like IP etc or use the mode reset button option.

useful posts here to help get the image to the AP:

https://community.cisco.com/t5/wireless-mobility-documents/access-point-rommon-recovery-ap-prompt-recovery-example/ta-p/3119495

Details on the mode reset option in this post

https://thewlan.com.au/2016/09/27/configuring-a-cisco-ap-for-site-survey/

looks like you will have to tftp the new image onto the AP to fix it.
