Aironet (AP2802E-B-K9) Intial configuration help please

We recently purchased AP2802E-B-K9, I am trying to perform initial configuration but not able to login configuration through GUI, I am complete new with this model access if someone will help will be appreciated. Attached the screenshot What I did are the following,

1. find the IP address on by (Advance IP Scanner) 192.168.1.131

2. On the browser try access but not able, then make manually assign IP address to PC for accessing, but fail

The first thing you need is a console cable. Something like this: USB Console Cable USB to RJ45 Cable Essential Accesory of Cisco, NETGEAR, Ubiquity, LINKSYS, TP-Link Routers/Switches for Laptops in Windows, Mac, Linux (Blue) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01AFNBC3K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_vU78Db7X1GWR0

This way we can see what is happening.

Thank you Scott - Yes I have VGA-RJ45 console cable here is the attached screenshot.

Well console into the ap and capture the output from when you restart the ap. Attach that as a text file so others can view the output.

If there is no WLC, then the AP needs to be converted to Mobility Express.

Do we need any specific software? If you will help us steps by steps that will be great and appreciated.

If the order number was indeed "AP2802E-B-K9", then you have an AP that requires a WLC or needs to be converted to Mobility Express. If you ordered a "AP2802E-B-K9C", then you should see an SSID after around 10 minutes after powering it on.

As software you can use Putty.
