C9800 - Local guest user

On the old Aeronet WLC you could limit the SSID a guest could use when creating the guest account. I don't see the ability to do that now on the C9800. How can I limit which SSID a guest account can use on the new C9800 WLC platform? Thank you.

Is the use case that you have multiple guest SSID’s and now want to limit a user to only one guest SSID?

Correct. That functionality existed on the previous Aironet platform of WLCs but it doesn't appear to exist on the Catalyst platform. There might be a different way of doing it but I haven't figured it out.

The only way you can do that with IOS-XE is to use radius to authenticate and authorize the guest user. That was you can specify the ssid in the rule and any other additional attributes you want.
