How to configure a 5GHz only network on the WS-C3850-24P wireless controller?

Hi,

I would like to configure a 5GHz ONLY network on the WS-C3850-24P wireless controller. Is there any way to do this?

Hi Henrique,

You can easily limit SSID to 5GHz as shown below

ASW2(config-wlan)#radio ?
all Configures the WLAN on all Radio bands
dot11a Configures the WLAN on 802.11a only
dot11ag Configures the WLAN on 802.11a and 802.11g only
dot11bg Configures the WLAN on 802.11b/g only (802.11b only, if 802.11g is
disabled)
dot11g Configures the WLAN on 802.11g only

ASW2(config-wlan)#radio dot11a
