Two AP that act as a controller have the same configuration? NO you need to setup as primary (WLC1/ IP1) and secondary (WLC2/IP2). Once the primary WLC1 goes down then WLC2 will take over with the name (WLC1/IP1)

Thanks..and finally.. what is the best practice or recommendation to connect 3 AP two as a controller and one as a subordinate.. Local mode or flexconnect?

Hi,

At core, Mobility Express is based on flexconnect central auth with local switching.
