WLC I am trying to setup lan connection

My wlc is failing to connection to the internet with a lan configuration the wlc sees that something is plugged into a port. I'm not sure how the setting should be I have followed various guides to no avail, any help would be appreciated.

Step1: Connect WLC via console and do the initial config.....

Step2: Connect to swicthport. and use these config for that swicthport:

Example:

interface GigabitEthernet2/1
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport trunk allowed vlan 1,81,82,171,999
switchport mode trunk
no shut

Do I enter CLI then sign in and put those commands in?

How do I connect to switch port.
