Check the DHCP server and clear the lease/reservation.

- Better to reboot it, you can do that from the controller.

Before my client use Cisco router as DHCP server , now he wants use HQ DHCP server offer branch AP IP , I know reboot AP can get new IP , but it can not be reboot which user will lost connection what can I do without lost connection ?

Why not just edit the "ip helper" address to point to the new DHCP server?

Ok, so the IP helper address for the IP address of the AP has been altered (to point to the new DHCP server).
So what is needed now is to reboot one of the APs and see if the AP goes and grabs an IP address from the new DHCP server.

I don't think this is possible.
Depending on the lease time set on the Cisco router, the AP will contact the new DHCP server when the lease time expires.

- You can't : the controller acquires knowledge of the AP when it boots ; including it's IP address. Capwap tunnels and other ap <-> controller traffic rely on that information. Changing the IP=alone would confuse the controller. You need to reboot the AP from the controller, in order to get steady managerial knowledge again of the AP by the controller.
