Hello,

first of all:

- AC is access controller, so the wireless controller

- WTP is wireless termination point, so the access point

In what scenario are you receiving this message? The AP is new to the WLC or maybe you have upgraded the image version on the WLC and now the AP needs to be upgraded as well?

Have you ran the >debug capwap errors enable from the WLC?
