Access Point is not joining

I have upgrade Cisco WLC code. Code has been upgraded Successfully but aps are joining yet. From the logs i can see the following.

Failed to authorize AP Name HAM03313AP12 with Base Radio MAC 00:2c:c8:82:93:c0. Authorization entry does not exist in AAA server..

Total there are 53 Access points and issue is same with all.

Please help how to resolve this.

Can you provide more information :

What Model WLC, From what Version was running and what version you upgraded to.

what is the Model WAPs.

here is some debug information to collect information and post us the logs, so we can assist better.

If this is critical and all service down, suggest to contact TAC as emergency to fix, or rollback to Old Version of code to fix and make services live.

Post the COMPLETE output to the following commands:

WLC: sh sysinfo;
WLC: sh time;
AP: sh version; and
AP: sh ip interface brief
