1562-E AP SFP port not working as expected

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to connect 1562-E AP with GLC-SX-MM-RGD SFP to Cisco IE-4000-4T4P4G-E switch with SFP cisco SFP GLC-LH-SMD== connected with Multimode Fibre patch lead.

Currently Link is not coming up on switch, AP is getting power via POE injector - Wondering if there any troubleshooting can be done on AP to identify the cause - Fibre has been tested to work fine - AP works fine when plugged in with copper connnection to switch and only doesn't work with fibre.

You are mixing different light technologies, that will not work:
1000BASE-SX short wavelength; with DOM
GLC-SX-MMD
1000BASE-LX/LH long-wavelength; with DOM
GLC-LH-SMD
You have to use twice SX or LH, but not mix it.
