hi, i am having a little trouble figuring out a problem. I have an aironet 1121 AP and a 2970 switch. I have 4 vlans trunked over to the AP, I am getting to the AP without a problem as it is in guest mode. However I get no authenticaion.

I have configured mac for the clients authentication but I think it is suspect, I am trying to add a mac addresses as users to ACS however it is failing because I can't have the username and password as the same string (the mac address).

I am assuming it is a feature that can be turned off but I am not sure, at any rate a lot of the documentation I have seen talks about doing this but funny enough I have not seen any examples. Could any one point me in the right direction (an example would be nice).

Thanks

kelvin
