AIR-CAP2702E-E-K9 boot failed

After an unsuccessful change of software, the access point AIR-CAP2702E-E-K9 cyclically reboots.
There is no way to get to the command line interface.
The mode button for some reason has become disabled.

How can I restore the access point?

Force the AP to boot into ROMmon and post the complete output to the command "dir flash:".
I want to know if there is an RCV folder available or not.

The problem is that it is impossible to switch to rommon, the mode button is not enabled.

You would need to use the mode button to get to rommon or to factory default the AP. Since the mode button is broken or maybe disabled, I don’t think there is a way to recover from that issue. I suggest to hit it once a second after you power on the AP. It should then somewhen stop the boot process and end up in the ROMMON.
Otherwise RMA the AP, they have 10 years warranty.
