access point-flex connect

Hi,

Ap model:AIR-CAP3602I-C-K9

WLC:Cisco flex 7500 series wlc.

The current issue is the users facing slowness when connecting to the corporate network.

the users were in srilanka and the the wlc is in singapore.

while checking the ssid(test) found that the AP is in flex connect mode and for the wlan (test) the vlan mapping is not done.

but still the users were getting ip address from the local subenet (srilanka)

And the users were getting IP address from the same segment of the access point.

Please confirm whether the above mentioned reason will cause slowness.?
