i have already check country code, add mac ap in certification mic in ap policies. the clock already corret but ap still can't join to controller. please help. thank you

What is the model of Ap and what is the software version on the controller?

Post the complete output to the following commands:
1. WLC: sh sysinfo;
2. WLC: sh time;
3. AP: sh version;
4. AP: sh ip interface brief; and
5. Console into the AP and reboot. Post the entire boot-up process.
