Cisco 1832 - Bug - CDP

Hello all,

I'm dealing with bug CSCvd86274...

Symptom:
"show cdp neighbor" at the Switch side shows the AP Platform as "Unknown" instead of AIR-APXXXXX-K9

The workaround says to :

2) Break the boot process, go to u-boot>> and do the following:
u-boot>> setenv FACTORY_RESET 0
u-boot>> saveenv
u-boot>> reset

I cannot figure out how to break the boot process to get to this "u-boot". I'm running Windows 10, if that matters...Can anyone tell me how to do this?
