topic AP1200:Local Radius server & MAC addr. authent. in Wireless

Customer has 3 AP1200's with Local List MAC addr.authentication. The problem is that each MAC addr has to be manually added on every AP. Can one combine the Local Radius Server functionality from 1 AP with MAC addr authentication such that the MAC address only needs to be entered on 1 AP and that this AP plays Radius server for the other 2 AP's ? From the GUI it seems not to be possible but maybe someone has a CLI example of how this can be done, ...if it is possible... ?

Unfortunately, local radius server doesn't do MAC authentication. I understand your need. But adding further features to local radius server will impar the most important task for the AP, i.e. serving wireless clients.

MAC Authentication can be either remote radius server, like ACS, or local to the AP itself.

local radius server was originally designed just for WDS purpose. After all, AP's major job is still to serve wireless clients.
