      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot reset&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;to Factory Default Cisco 2504 WirelessController or Save Configuration. I telnet to device and use "reset system" command or hold reset button but it doesn't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can't connect to device via Console Port&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any one Help me!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Login to WLC, click on&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Command&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Reset to Factory Default&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
