Cannot reset to Factory Default Cisco 2504 WirelessController

I cannot reset to Factory Default Cisco 2504 WirelessController or Save Configuration. I telnet to device and use "reset system" command or hold reset button but it doesn't work.

I can't connect to device via Console Port

Any one Help me!!!

The way you reset a controller is to console into the device and boot up the controller and then hit esc to breakout of the boot. There is an option to factory reset there.
