cisco ilc 5508 basic questions..

Hi,

currently, we have two cisco 5508 wireless controller, and those are now having N+1 redundant.

but, in case of primary controller failed, then ap initiate to re-associate with 2nd controller, in this process, can't avoid outage.

So, I checked 5508 platform that I've realized this controller can support HA redundancy with SSO which, no outage, no re-associate in backup WLC

my questions are...

- I noticed we need to re-host current 2nd WLC license to WLC01, Who do I need to contact in Cisco license team?

- we don't need another same number of license in 2nd WLC if they are formed with HA redundancy?

- one back to back cable is required between two WLC via redundant port?
