Hi,

Can i use solarwinds or prtg as netflow collector for 5760 . Is there any differnce in traditional netflow and flexible netflow

Yes, it should work with any standard netflow collector software.

Why the flow monitor is not applied on an  interface  in the above example

Usually you apply under WLAN to monitor wireless traffic. See below post on 3850
