Hi,

I have many wgb configured with leap. i have 2 acs server. Is there any configureation, that when the first acs is down or something like that that the wgb asks the second acs endless? The problem is that sometimes when the prim acs failes we have to reboot the wgbs bc they cannt authentitcate over leap. what is the best configuration in the Bridge under Authentication server? or is there a counter or something like that in the wgb?

The problem is that we cant call the 200 customer, please reboot the wgb. 😃

Does anybody have same issues?

The configuration steps are given in the following document:

Actually, you can configure up to four servers for authentication services, so you can set up backup authenticators. If you set up more than one server for the same service, the server first in the list is the primary server for that service, and the others are used in list order when the previous server times out.
