Ok, what I ended up doing was taking the bad AP's that would not power up or boot and took the case off them and transferred the good AP's (that worked but had broken lids) and got three that I can now use. alhough now one of them does have "the rattle" of part of the plastic lid piece that breaks off before it breaks completely.

AP1131 case

I have a small collection of 1131 AP's that have broken case lids, as I am sure others might also since they are a marvel of plastic engineering. Anyway, I hate to throw away perfectly good AP's but I can't re-deploy them this way so I was wondering if anyone possibly knew of a way to buy just the plastic case from Cisco? I can imagine they will want a small fortune for just the case but thought I'd ask. Thanks.
