Need help setting up second WAP121

Hi,

My IT guy quit, and I am in desperate need of setting up second WAP121. My first unit was setup by my IT guy, and I have used the Cisco initial setup, but everytime I hi save, it is saying that the function is disabled. So, I cannot setup the second WAP121.

Do I need to do the RESET to change the password and ADMIN privillage since I do not know the userid and password? I cannot get hold of my IT guy anymore.
