Is there a way to see all of the apps belonging to an Application Group and then select mutiple apps and assign, Drop/Mark actions?

you can see information about the apps by using

show avc applications [application-group]

From the below

after that, i'd probaly use CLI and excel to build a template:

config avc profile avc-profile-name rule add application application-name {drop | mark dscp-value}
