Hi,

I'm still trying to get access so I cannot relate the exact error message, but after changing a 5508 to use a Server 2012 Radius server (from Server 2008), the 5508 is showing error messages about it cannot contact the Radius server even though it can ping the Radius server and authentication is working from the new radius server.

The 5508 is running older 7.0x code. Is that the cause of the messages?

Thanks.

Thanks for responding. It turns out the secure wlan used certs and the new server did not have the Windows Server Enterprise cert installed so we pointed that wlan back to the old radius/dhcp servers and it worked.
