Initial Setup Loop on 5508

I have a new from the box 5508 which I am attempting to follow the initial setup process to IP it. When I make it through the initial setup the box reboots buts brings me back to the "terminate auto-install" prompt again for some weird reason?

Any ideas?

Others I have setup have been fine.

Some additional information is the unit is running version 7.3.101.0 and there appears to be an error as it scrolls through the boot which talks about not accepting the EULA (I wasn't prompted to accept anything in the initial startup questions)

For those who are interested I went into the boot menu and ran the backup image (option 2) and even though it was the same version the file, when loaded, now brings me out of the intial configuration loop I was in.
