Is there a program out there that would pre-configure laptops wireless settings? We have program that would push out the software but couldn't find one that would actually pre-configure the wireless settings such as WPA2+PSK...etc.

Cisco has Secure Services Client (I believe that this is based upon its acquisition of Meetinghouse):
