      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;My understanding is that if you see the software version 12.x in red letters in the top left hand of the web interface, it's VxWorks.  If you don't, it's IOS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

There you'll see: Product/Model Number: AIR-AP1220-IOS-UPGRD &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;UPGRD give you the info that the AP is upgraded from VxWorks. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
