topic Two BR350 bad time response in Wireless

Hello

Two monts ago we installed two BR3500 succesfully. One as a root and the other one as a non-root BR, there are parox 400 metters between each BR and no fhysical interference. But since last week the end users in the wired Lan in the non-root BR have very bad response time in their applications and when we ping from one BR to the other we have very High respose time (800 ms mean). We have made some changes in the configuration but no one works as we want. Can someone help me please?

Thank you

Sounds like you have an interfrence issue,

On the radio ports do you see a lot of CRC errors ?

Try another radio channel, use the acvtivity test to find the quietest channel.

Also use the antenna alignment test to get the best possible signal strength and quality.

Try these links for more details on how to troubleshoot this

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/102/wlan/br-ts-22950.shtml

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/102/wlan/rf-problems.shtml

David
