This may give you an idea of what involves in such WiFi design

Hello everyone! I'm a 4th year student at ITMO University, Saint-Petersburg. My major is Information Security and my bachelor thesis is about security system deployment in Sapsan Train (St.Petersburg-Moscou). It would be a pleasure for me if you help me with some kind of information because I am trying to develop a secure network based on Cisco.
My problem is to provide all passengers with internet access on the train and also make a more secure (separated) segment for 4 passengers in a private coupe (=meeting room for confidential conversations including trade secret).
I did a little research and my decision is to use 10 Cisco Access Points and one more for private room with every-trip-changing password by Train Stuff. Is it a good idea or bad? Could you dive me some advices about network deployment for my conditions?

Also I would be grateful if you advice me some options for secure authorisation in a Train Media Center (with music/movies etc.).
