Good day

i have a problem which is rather weird. i configured web auth (internal) using lobby account to create passwords for guests. however when i test only phones pass the auth stage and have access to internet. difference now is i have tested 2 laptops thus far redirection takes 10mins to pop up. after i submit credentials there is no internet connection. changed browsers aswell

am using both layer 2 and 3 security

What is the Virtual IP configured on the WLC ? Is it mapped to any URL ?

virtual IP:192.0.2.1 (am redirected here when i click on guest)

let me list what am experiencing

1. i choose guest ssid

2.enter password(layer 2 policy)

3.am not redirected to virtual IP

4.i enter 192 manually on url then web page appears

5.i enter username/password that i got from lobby mngt and submit.

6.successful but takes 10-15 mins to have access

NB:this happens on first attempt, after that when you logout and try again #4 is no longer achievable. after few attempts #4 will be achievable.

all phones can connect with no problem
