PI 3.2.2 Email Notification Problem

We have just upgraded to PI 3.2.2 Patch 1 and want to setup e-mail notifications for various alerts.

When we go to create the notification policy it won't let us pick any of the Device Groups we've created because it shows an Empty List. The text above the empty list implies there should be two entries shown (which is correct), yet there is nothing to see or click. Because of this issue we cannot setup e-mail notifications.

Has anybody else got this problem? Any known workarounds?

We've tried with IE, FF and Chrome - all the same.
