I am getting a Major alarm from our NCS as shown below. Do you have any Idea how to fix this problem or know the exact problem in order to metigate it cause?

1. Alarm Condition:Location Calculator on MSE

Message: HEATMAP_CALCULATION_ERROR

Failed to complete the heatmap calculation process. Possible Reason: Matlab Crash or Remote Matlab process unresponsive

Not sure if this helps, but I got the same message, this occured when a firewall failed between our selfs and another company part of the mobility annchor.

Once the firewall came back up, I restarted the the services on the MSE and everything is fine

The following is a recommended action to fix this issue:

The system tries to correct itself every 2 hours. If needed resync the floors

to the MSE. I hope this helps you.

There was a heatmap patch for 1.3.0.20, I don't know if 1.1.1.24 was affected.
