Cisco 6500 IPS module support problem

Hi all,

Recently We have renew the service contract for WS-SVC-IDS2-BUN-K9 module.

Problem description:

For one of our customer we have provide 24x7x4 partner support for Cisco 6509 chassis and WS-SVC-IDS2-BUN-K9 module which is present in the same chassis.

But due to lack of IPS services contract we could not update the customer IPS module.(Could not able to download IPS license file from cisco.com/go/license web site)

When we try to download IPS license file from cisco.com/go/license web site, its gives me error that mention serial number is not cover under eligible Cisco Services for IPS contract.

IPS module software version is 7.0(1E3)

With CON-SUSA IPS service contarct is it possible to activate license of IPS module and update the signature?

IPS hardware is already under support contarct.
