Thanks for the link - I guess I need to ask "how do we know if a client is CCX5 or not?"

ok - so, in both WCS and now NCS servers, we have a security warning becase Client MFP is not enabled, or set to "Optional".

My question, and Im not a wifi wiz - what can break if I require this to be enabled? Most clients should be XP sp2 or higher, iphones or cisco ip phones. I would like to "fix" this so the "security warning" doenst keep showing up, if possible.

TIA!

I have same issues re ccx v5 - could not find any laptop with Intel that supports v5 - they all support up to v4...so I cannot enable MFP - client protection on Cisco WLC. And as far as I can see, even having Cisco MSE with wIPS will not help enough unless MFP is using ccx v5..

any ideas or we just need to wait CCX clients to be all v5 ?
