Hello,

We have an MSE 3350 with the AeroScout Engine for Tag Tracking. I've performed the steps listed in this thread: https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3058630.

However when moving the server-eng.db file, the Context Aware service will not track any elements, and our WCS will not reach the MSE, but the AeroScout Engine turns to "active:true"

Please adivse on how we can proceed.

post the "getserverinfo" from the mse cli and get the MSE logs and all the logs under /opt/mse/logs in zip format.

Hi.

First of all; review the Aeroscout compatibility; you are using an older version of Aeroscout Engine:

For MSE 7.0.105.0 you may use the Aeroscout engine 4.2.3.5 which is the only version Aeroscout have certified; refer to the AeroScout Version Compatibility With Cisco MSE (article 1100 from Aeroscout)

Then, you have to license the Engine using the Aeroscout System Manager when the engine will be up and active.
