One of my co-workers just went down the upgrade path (albeit from a more recent version) and it was very messy.       <description>&lt;P&gt;we are upgrading from ACS 2.6 to 4.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;should we order the upgrade software (CSACS-4.1-WINUP-K9) or should we order the regular package (CSACS-4.1-WIN-K9)since 2.6 is so out of date?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
