4402 Error

I get this error on the 4402 WLC. I was wondering if anyone has seen it before, and if so what does it mean.

The error is :

Apr 10 06:50:31.190 apf_ms.c:4849 APF-1-USER_DEL_FAILED: Unable to delete username unknown for mobile 00:13:ce:57:47:fc

I'm also receiving this message on 6600 series WiSM. Any ideas?

I'm also receiving this error-message on my WLC 4404-100.

Are there some new infos?

From what I understand of the controller messages, this one means that the client (mobile xx.xx.xx.xx.xx) mac address was associated to an unknown username (Open auth SSID or probing client), and then to another username. Username unknown still can't be removed as an association to this mac address.

This can be very normal, if the client is a windows box probing around. If not, and uf this problem creates issues in the network, I would try to troubleshoot it with a client a find what triggers the message before TAC case...
