topic WLSE filesystem error in Wireless

I have a problem with my WLSE, it doesn't boot (Error 16: Inconsistent filesystem structure).

I have tried with the recovery CD, but when it reloads and begin with the install it appears the same error. It looks like a disk error, how can I repair it?

Thanks

This clearly indicates a corrupted flash. To recover from such a situation, format the contents of the flash and then reinstall the firmware again.
