What WLSE version?. 2.9 requires JRE 1.4.2 and later, whereas 2.7.1 and earlier uses 1.4.1 only. That may cause issues with CMS. In that case you'd need to remove old JRE from the PC. Other than that, no issues what so ever whether it is Win2K or XP

I m having no problems with using Location Manager on Win XP . But my customer's PCs run Win 2000. When I open Location Manager, it detects the JRE version, says its old, and lets me download the new JRE plugin. After installing the new JRE , Location Manager still doesnt work on the Win 2000 box. The new JRE version doesnt work with CMS (Cluster Management Suite) that the customer runs to manage his switches. Unless he switches back to older JRE versions, he cant open CMS anymore...Any ideas ??

I m pretty sure he is running IE with SP1...I will be doublechecking this tomorrow...

It is 2.9. I have installed the JRE version 1.4.2 on the Win2k PC. I understand the problems that this JRE version may have with CMS. With 1.4.2 JRE installed, when I try to access Location manager it gives an error. I dont remember exactly the error message right now, but I will paste the output tomorrow.
