IAS Windows Server 2003

I am using PEAP mschapv2 with Windows 2003 Server IAS and I get these errors, sometimes last 5 minutes, other 10 minutes and other just connects right away. I have enable computer authentication, to logon to the Domain. I am using an 1100 with the latest IOS and the latest ACU.
