    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our Cisco Prime doesn't want to load it's webpage today, has anyone experienced this before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be de-commissioning it at some point as we have another Prime server, but I need to get the floor plans off it.&amp;nbsp; I can SSH to it though, so I'm not sure I can use WinSCP to grab the files that way?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Couple of steps i follow here :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. check the disk space ( do you have any disk space). (# show disks)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. clear any space issue and restart the NCS&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. reboot the kit also help&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;follow below thread :&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Well…. Take a look at the show application status ncs and make sure everything is running.  There are threads you can search for and get ideas of what you can do.  At times, if Prime fails to start, you would need to rebuild it.  If you have a backup, then that helps as you can spin up another VM and restore to that just so you can export the data you need.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Suggest to shutdown the Box - wait for 5min, before you turn the box on&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Turn the box on give 30min time to settle down. and cehck if this has still issue&lt;/P&gt;
