topic WLC 2504 HA Setup in Wireless

We have Cisco 2504 - 2 Nos. Each box has 10 AP licenses.

I would like to make them as HA setup. I will need to use 15 APs at a time. So can I move the licenses from WLC2 to WLC1 (so that WLC1 will have now 20 licenses), WLC2 will have no license but just evaluation license (!!? I'm not sure) - can we just get a HA license for WLC2 so that WLC2 will act as failover device which will take over the load only when WLC1 goes down?

Is this possible?

Or do i need to purchase another 5+5 license for each box to make the HA setup?

Cisco 2504 - does this model support HA license?

I see something called N+1 license - I'm not sure what is it?

May I ask for wireless experts advise please?
