Centralized management of wlan controllers on differant locations

Hello community,

I've short question, because i can't find a solution for my problem:

I want to manage to wlan controllers Cisco 3504 on location 1 and Cisco Catalyst 9800-CL on location 2. Is there a posibility / a tool to managed them centralized (create new SSIDs, change Passwords etc.)? I also found Cisco DNA, but is this the only way to do such a thing?

PS: We're planing to replace the C3504 with a C9800-CL.

If budget is an issue and with only 2 controllers, it is better to use CLI because it is a lot faster.
