For example, AP 1852 E normally requires 20w power, however, it is currently working on the PoE power which up to 15.4w. How could the performance be degraded? Any measurement or way to check out. Thanks!

- Sometimes not all radios will get enabled or not all of the antennas will be used. This can usually be verified by watching the startup process of the ap and or issue show logging on the ap just after boot.

Thank you both for the reply! It helps me understand more. I checked the cisco web, and found this: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/catalyst-9100-access-points/215467-cisco-access-point-power-requirements-qu.html, just for your reference.

One more question, do you think this would lead to a lower singal strength in this case?
